First memorable experience:

Why do you do group fitness?
Training as part of a group keeps me much more motivated than working out on my own. It preserves what little sanity I still have & it’s great fun.

The craic, the chats (sorry Colleen!!!) & the results
Favourite exercise: skipping & sit ups
Least favourite exercise: The dreaded burpees….need I say more!
Favourite cheat meal: spicy chicken wings & a salted caramel brownie from The Larder in Ballyvaughan - yum….roll on Saturday!!
