Why do you do group fitness?
Working out in a group helps keep me motivated and I am less likely to slack off but most of all group classes are fun and the laughter keeps me going even through the toughest classes, I have made some great friends in Callanan Fitclub and couldn’t imagine ever going back to a solo gym routine.
What keeps you coming back for more?
Variety for one, no 2 classes are ever the same, we are constantly pushing ourselves and the range of workouts are just fantastic. Also, the atmosphere, Callanan Fitclub is like a family now, great bonds have been made over the years and that feeling is hard to beat, working out in a happy space! Finally, it’s better than any psychologist – aswell as achieving great results with fitness and weightloss, the gym does wonders for my mental health, I am happier in myself now that I have ever been due to the gym and even after a tough day at work, I know my head will feel so much better after a class.
