Because I find motivation easier in a group.

The way I feel, strong and confident, the girls, coffee after, the great atmosphere in the gym, Colleen's stick.... 😁
I like skipping despite the bladder, core exercise, squats and most arm exercises.

We are approaching the time of the year when everything becomes jolly, days are longer and we tend to spend more time in pubs and on the beach than in the gym working out only to realise in September that our toned and fit body we worked hard is gone.
The exam period is creeping up on us and many students will go into intense learning mode, they spend countless hours revising, forget to eat regularly and get little sleep.
Unfortunately, that will only make them stressed, lose energy and by exam day they will be exhausted and very grumpy, not to mention performing under those conditions is much harder.
